Pictures 30 - 35 - During all this I was also fabricating a mount to hold the Snow Ex hopper spreader on the back of the body. Had to get that roughed in before the paint went on the body or it would have gotten all sparked up from welding. The mount bolts through the two points on the rear of the bumper and down through the heavy plate where the bumper turns into the floor.

Picture 38 - The switch bank that controls all the auxiliary lighting. The two on the left are upper and lower auxiliary backup lights. The upper right one is the flashers, both strobe and LEDs are on this line. The bottom right one is for lights inside the spreader hopper as well as serving to "arm" the spreader control so it can't be turned on by dog paws or clumsy drivers. This switch has to be on to energize the controller. And yes,, lights INSIDE the hopper. The whole bin "glows" in the dark and you can see how much material is in there without having to get out and pop the lid, at least at night.

That's it, DONE! Long time getting here, lots more hours in it than I thought it would take. Still a few details to iron out, but at this point it's complete and usable and ready for snow.  - Alan
